We understand how hard it is to rely on promises that are too easy to make, and we don’t want any of our clients to take unnecessary chances. 

Here at Overall renovation we take pride in our workmanship. As proof of our confidence we are offering you a lifetime workmanship guarantee. 

If additional labor is required due to fault in our workmanship, the problem will be repaired at no additional cost to you. With our exclusive lifetime guarantee, our goal is to provide you with the additional value and the peace of mind you deserve. Just mention any concerns to your project manager and we will be happy to address them.

This guarantee is not valid unless payment has been made in full and does not include materials, equipment, manufacturer’s items or damage beyond our control, such as windstorms, hail, ice, fire, or other acts of God. 

The Company’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the total cost of the contract.

The choice among repair, replacement, or payment is that of Overall Renovations. Any steps taken by the Company to correct defects shall not act to extend the term of this warranty. All repairs by the Company shall be at no charge to the owner and shall be performed within 30 days from the owner claim date. 

The following additional items are excluded from the limited warranty: 

• Manufacturer defects or any other defect that is of no fault to the Contractor. 
• “Wear and Tear” defects  are excluded
• Defects in any item that was not part of the original home as constructed by the Company. 
• Any defect caused by or worsened by negligence, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, improper action or inaction, or willful or malicious acts by any party other than the Company, its employees, agents, or trade contractors. 
• Loss or damage caused by acts of God, including but not limited to fire, explosion, smoke, water escape, changes that are not reasonably foreseeable in the level of underground water table, glass breakage, windstorm, hail, lightning, falling trees, aircraft, vehicles, flood, and earthquakes. 
• Failure of Owner to take timely action to minimize loss or damage or failure of Owner to give the Company timely notice of the defect.
