Whether or not you’ll need permits depends on whether you’ll be making structural changes (like removing or adding load-bearing walls) or changes to plumbing, electrics, HVAC systems, or gas lines.

The first step is to demolish the kitchen. During this phase we would remove all appliances, cabinets, kitchen island, backsplash, flooring. Anything that is not part of the structure will be removed.

Once all the old has been removed we move on to creating the layout. During this phase we will move the plumbing to accommodate moving sinks or perhaps adding an additional one. Creating areas of power to allow for any additional lighting or power points. Moving gas lines if necessary.
