An initial site walkthrough with our project manager is done to determine the scope of work and identify the specific areas to be renovated. We will gather ideas and designs that align with your vision and want-list. We will review any architectural plans you may have, and discuss your potential challenges that may accrue during the work process and your desired timeline for completion.

We will identify any possible zoning or variance issues, review your survey and provide you with a professional recommendation for the best next steps.

NO HIDDEN FEES! Within 48 hours of your site walkthrough, you will receive via email a detailed project estimate based on the information gathered during the initial meeting.

Your proposal will cover all phases from the start of the project to final finishes and sign off.

After you review and approve your proposal , we will meet to sign the contract. The contract will outline all the details of the project, the stages of the renovation, our timeline commitment and payment schedule.

Once agreed upon, The renovation process begins.

Building permits are required for building, structural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing projects Some minor work does not require a permit , for example, installing new kitchen cabinets, replacing light fixtures or painting walls doesn’t require a permit. Most often, a State licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) must file plans and pull permits before work begins. If your project requires a building permit we can manage every step of the permitting process on your behalf. Our office team has extensive experience navigating the complexities of DOB ever-changing renovation laws and regulations. Our priority is to make the permits legal approval process smooth and efficient while keeping all filing fees cost-effective for our clients.

The selection phase will consist of a series of meetings between you, your designer and the project manager. Our team will help you sift through possible selection colors, materials and finishes , considering your expectations, budget, and style preferences. Having these details finalized before the work starts allows us to keep the project on schedule and within budget. This is the final step before the construction work begins and your project comes to life.

Once your project starts, A Project manager/SST and an administrative manager from the the office will be assigned to all your needs. A specific personal team that accompanies you all the way from the beginning of the project to the end. The project manager will be onsite, on a daily basis and will monitor the daily progress, manage all labor onsite, supervise all subcontractors , safety procedures and all other aspects of the project. The office team will manage and coordinate orders and deliveries. You will receive online and phone support for all your administrative and billing questions, throughout the entire process to completion.

Once the renovation process is completed, we will meet with you for a final walkthrough and reveal. We will review the site to make sure you are happy with the final look & feel . We will address any final punch list items and touch ups if needed.

We will also schedule all final inspections with your town to secure a certificate of occupancy.
