Most homeowners decide to add to their scope mid renovation. Make sure to communicate all your changes and additions as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays. For instance you may have already chosen your cabinets and decided to go with a custom cabinet. Custom cabinets take time to create. If you place the order when your contractor is ready to install your cabinets, it could mean waiting around until they arrive in order to continue working.
